Goodwill's HUD-approved apartment complexes are specifically designed to accommodate people with disabilities. The one and two bedroom apartments are constructed with conveniences like
lowered sinks, countertops and mirrors, accessible appliances, and easy roll-in showers. Each complex has a laundry room and an on-site community room or picnic/patio area. All of our
apartment complexes are built in areas with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, banks, and schools.
Goodwill currently provides housing for people with disabilities in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, LaBelle, Clewiston, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte.
This 54-unit North Fort Myers apartment complex provides income-subsidized housing for seniors 62 years or older. Residents do not have to have a physical disability to qualify for occupancy, and must be able to live independently. Goodwill partners with Senior Friendship Centers of Lee County to provide meals and activities for Hatton B. Rogers residents.
To apply for housing, call (239) 995-6100. All applicants must meet medical and income requirements, and must pass a background check in order to be considered for residency.
