Southwest Florida GWI Housing, Inc. provides income-sensitive, barrier-free housing for people with physical disabilities, providing the opportunity for affordable, convenient, independent living to enhance their overall quality of life.

Accessible Housing

Goodwill's HUD-approved apartment complexes are specifically designed to accommodate people with disabilities. The one and two bedroom apartments are constructed with conveniences like lowered sinks, countertops, mirrors, accessible appliances, and easy roll-in showers. Each complex has a laundry room and an on-site community room or picnic/patio area. All of our apartment complexes are built in areas with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, banks, and schools.
