Where To Donate

Goodwill operates Retail & Donation Centers and Attended Donation Centers (ADC’s) in all five counties located within Southwest Florida. These popular “thrift stores” support our mission of helping people with disabilities and other disadvantages overcome their barriers to employment and independence.

Round Up

Rounding up at the register will directly provide employment programs and services to people with disabilities and other barriers to independence. We offer a wide variety of opportunities to help individuals build skills, find jobs and grow their careers. By saying “yes” to our Round Up campaign, you are providing someone with a hand-up rather than a hand-out.

Priority Pickup

Priority Pickup
Pick-up as soon as 2 business days (Mon-Sat). Subject to time slot availability.
Can pick up from multiple floors
Can disassemble furniture
Items of ANY condition picked up
Pick-up fee reflects the operating costs and is much smaller than a usual moving company or junk hauler fee (fee is not tax deductible, but donated items are).

Concierge Pick-Up

No cost, Concierge is a free service!
Pickups vary based on zip code but are typically scheduled within 2 weeks.
A Donor Concierge team will assess the size and quality of your donation.
We are only able to accept items in good sellable condition.
All items must be located on the ground level or have an elevator the items will fit in.

Retail Store Days and Hours for Donation Drop Off: Monday – Saturday 9 am – 8 pm Sunday 10 am – 7 pm
Attended Donation Center Days and Hours for Donation Drop Off: Monday Saturday 9 am – 6 pm Sunday 10 am – 6 pm
We only accept donations during the donation hours above. Thank you!
We accept most gently used items, however there are certain items we cannot accept. Please see our Donation Guidelines before visiting one of our donation centers.

Track Donation

It’s easier than ever to track your Goodwill donations by eliminating your paper receipts. Once you register, and every time you donate, your receipts will be filed electronically. At tax time, simply log into your account and print your yearly Goodwill donations summary! It’s just 4 simple steps to request your electronic tax receipt. We recommend that you register your donation within 45 days.
