Pathways to Opportunity

Pathways to Opportunity is a day training program for adults with disabilities. The program offers group classes taught by trained professionals, focusing on life skills development.

Disability Navigation

The Disability Navigation Program guides individuals and families through the  Medicaid Waiver (iBudget) and Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) services and application process. Fill out form for more information.

Comprehensive Employment Services 

Services are delivered through referrals from the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities that may present challenges to achieving success in the workplace.
