Pathways to Opportunity

Pathways to Opportunity is a day training program for adults with disabilities. The program offers group classes taught by trained professionals, focusing on life skills development.

Disability Navigation

The Disability Navigation Program guides individuals and families through the  Medicaid Waiver (iBudget) and Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) services and application process. Fill out form for more information.

Pathways to Work

Employment Services and Supported Employment both include job placement and job coaching with Supported Employment providing continuing assistance to succeed at work.
