Disability Navigation Program – Supporting Individuals. Empowering Families. Navigating Possibilities.

Navigating the world of disability services and resources can be overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.

The Disability Navigation Program at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is here to help individuals with disabilities and their families find the right support, services, and next steps. Whether you’re just starting the process or trying to access the right funding, our team is ready to walk alongside you.

How We Can Help:

Guidance on applying for the Medicaid Waiver (iBudget) and Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) services

Help identifying eligibility for programs and supports

Referrals to life skills education, vocational training, housing, and community resources

Support for transitions, such as aging out of school-based services

A compassionate, knowledgeable navigator who will help you every step of the way

This program is a lifeline not just for individuals, but also for caregivers—because we believe strong support starts with strong guidance.
