Attended Donation Centers
Attended Donation Centers (ADC’s) are locations that ONLY ACCEPT DONATIONS, they are not retails stores. ADC’s accept donations of textiles, housewares, and other smaller donations.
Donor Concierge
Moving to a new city, downsizing to a smaller home, or the loss of a loved one all bring tough decisions: which items to keep, which items to donate to charity, and which items to discard. Goodwill’s Donor Concierge Service Team can help guide you through this process.
Donate Vehicles
Goodwill accepts donations of cars, trucks, RVs, motorcycles, and boats, which are then re-sold at auction to fund our programs and services for people with disabilities and other disadvantages.
Financial Gifts
Your financial gift is an investment in transformation and lasting change. Give By Bequest, Give By Check, Give By Donor – Advised Fund, Give By Stock Or IRA Charitable Distribution, or Sponsor an Event.
Volunteer Your Time
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida utilizes volunteers for numerous activities throughout the year. Meet new people, help your community and learn a new skill!

History
Goodwill Industries was founded in 1902 in Boston, Massachusetts by Rev. Edgar J. Helms, a Methodist minister and early social innovator. Helms collected used household goods and clothing in wealthier areas of the city, then trained and hired those who were poor to mend and repair the used goods.
Leadership
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. is operated autonomously and governed by a dedicated local volunteer Board of Directors, which advises the leadership team on the overall operation of the nonprofit organization
