Pathways

Goodwill’s Pathways program provides needed services to adults with disabilities who are seeking opportunities to achieve independence.  Our program is person-centered and person-delivered. Program participants work with Goodwill support staff to develop goals and receive the services they want and need.  There are two options in the Pathways program: Pathways to Work, and Pathways to Opportunity. We anticipate further expansion of this program in 2016.

Pathways to Work:

Pathways to Work offers job-focused options to receive training, increase job skills and abilities, and earn a paycheck. Trained job coaches work with participants to provide the support needed for success on the job.
Coaching can include:  Building job-specific skills, meeting productivity requirements, learning behaviors, and social acceptance in the workplace.
