Board of Directors

Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. is autonomously operated and governed by a dedicated local volunteer Board of Directors, which advises the management team on the overall operation of the organization.

Tom Feurig, President/CEO

Tom Feurig has been President/CEO of Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida since 2003. He joined the Goodwill family after 30 years as a hospital administrator in Michigan, Arkansas, and Wisconsin. He has also served as CEO of Goodwill Industries of Northern Michigan (Traverse City).

In 2009, Feurig was honored by Goodwill Industries International with the P.J. Trevethan award. This annual honor is given to the Goodwill CEO who displays the strongest commitment to staff professional development.

Feurig is a graduate of Michigan State University and holds a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of Michigan.
